New Equipment Extended Labour Warranty

Only new equipment is eligible for this plan.

Your Furnace or Air Conditioner will come with a 5 year labour warranty and a 35 point inspection to be completed once a year. We guarantee the prices below for 5 years from your date of signing. This plan does not include after hours service calls.

Furnace Plan $13/month

Air Conditioner Plan $13/month

Furnace and Air Conditioner $17.50/month**

If you are in need of an after hours service call there will be a $25 fee.

If you are in need of a service call on Christmas day or Easter Sunday there will be a $50 fee.

You are able to cancel your agreement 30 days after signing it or 30 days before the anniversary of the signing date. 

**The maintenance for your furnace and air conditioner must be completed on the same visit.
